COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We provide full end to end service for our customers. We take customer service very seriously so our customers can have smooth purchase experience with us.

Exchange Policy

Only Unused & Unstitched products can easily be exchanged with another product on the store, if it is available in stock. Products that are stitched will not be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled on request. Refusing to accept orders that have been shipped may get you banned from the store.

Returns Policy

In case you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then you can return the order to our address and get a full refund after 7 days of receiving the parcel at our office.

Conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition without defects.
  • The product is unstitched.
  • The return shipping charges will be borne by customer.
  • Orders can be returned or exchanged only within 14 days after receiving the order.
  • International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to fluctuation in Dollar USD rate, you may receive more or less than the amount you paid for the order. We will refund the exact amount you paid in PKR only.
